the game play itself was very simple, and easy to understand! the rooms where incredibly hard for me to manage on my way back to the bed later in the levels!
I think the complicated rooms mixed with repetitive scenery made the game become a bit boring for me later on as I would get lost and not even know how to retrace my steps.
I like the concept of the game, and the altering colors are nice, though I will say the altering colors mixed with the alternating controls do give it a bit of a hectic feel at times.
All in all keep up the grind! I liked your new game and look forward to more!
Thanks for the input, I appreciate it. I do not plan on expanding on this game, but I will be sure to keep that in mind in the future. Also, I use the Gogot game engine for development.
Yeah, I have a few recommendations. HeartBeast has some amazing tutorials on YouTube, and I would definitely recommend checking him out. I learned Godot by following his platformer tutorial, but I heard his RPG tutorials were great too. Try not to stick to the tutorials too much though, experimenting will really help you to learn. It will help test if you actually understand what's going on. If you are new to game development, remember to start small, there's no reason to get too stressed before getting anywhere. Good luck with your development!

I think you could definitely hatch out a better game based on the concept in the future!
I just started looking into Godot! Any recommendations for learning?
